Have you ever made your own tasty soda? Herbal drinks are easy and delicious!
You will need Lilac Syrup to make this floral flavoured soda. This is essentially a simple syrup but made with lilacs! Learn how to make the syrup here - lilac syrup video.
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
1oz lemon juice
1oz lilac syrup (learn how to make syrup)
3/4-1 cup soda water
Lemon slice for garnish or mint, basil, lemon balm
Instructions:
Fill cup with ice cubes
Add lemon juice and syrup, mix.
Add 3/4 cup soda water and taste. Too sweet? Add more soda water,
Garnish with lemon or fresh herbs.
