About the event
Slow, supportive nature walks for expecting mothers.
This series is an opportunity to pause and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the changing rhythms of this tender season in your life. Through guided forest bathing, you’ll be invited to explore your senses, reflect on the transition into motherhood, and feel supported by both nature and community.
Each walk includes gentle prompts and quiet moments to reflect on pregnancy, the chapter ahead, and whatever you’re carrying—physically or emotionally. You don’t need to be a seasoned hiker or “outdoorsy” person to join. These walks are slow, accessible, and designed with your comfort in mind.
Led by Certified Forest Bathing Guide, and expecting nature momma, Cherianne Cybulskie. She is an outdoor educator, community herbalist and naturalist with over 10 years of experience supporting people in reconnecting with nature
